Overview

This Junior Software Engineer will be a member of our UI team. The primary responsibility will be to work with the rest of the UI team to develop and enhance new and existing user interfaces that sit on top of our micro-services ecosystem.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop new solutions and add functionality to existing systems.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.

Experience & Education

  • 6+ months of experience in .NET development (C# strongly preferred)
  • 6+ months of experience in Typescript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Sass a plus
  • Experience with a Javascript framework such as Aurelia, Angular, or React preferred
  • Experience with SQL Server development
  • Ability to working independently required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Web API interfaces
  • Experience with Azure DevOps / Git a plus
  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Experience working in a HIPAA compliant environment a plus
