In this role you will develop and configure processes, workflows, APIs and reports in the ITIL environment in our Ivanti Service Manager platform and implement platform releases and upgrades
As a Service Management Tool Specialist you will implement requirements and projects in Ivanti Service Manager and demonstrate innovative solution concepts with our platform
You will develop concepts for operation, monitoring, automation and testing of processes and ensure the smooth operation of the platform
You will be a competent contact person for our development partners regarding technical concepts

Find out if you're match in the following conditions:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or are a trained IT specialist
Excellent knowledge and several years of experience in implementing use cases in service management tools (Ivanti Service Manager, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Atlassian Jira or others)
You have routine in implementing interfaces with SOAP and REST
Proven practical experience with JavaScript or comparable languages
Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
Analytical thinking and ability to work independently
Good English skills, both written and spoken
