Summary
This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team, in a full-time, home-based, permanent role with good progression prospects. Established in 1997, we were instrumental in developing the first Internet-based vehicle and asset tracking system. Our market-leading B2B core product has an extensive customer base in the UK and beyond. We are looking to grow the business, both with existing and new products.

Job description
You will be the point of contact for technical support requests, as well as some more general enquiries. Support requests arrive via support ticket, telephone, email, or sometimes a combination of those. You will gather and collate information to enable our response. Initially you will act mainly as a liaison between customers and technical colleagues, but you will play an increasingly direct role in resolving technical issues as your systems knowledge grows. You must be confident enough to effectively communicate with business customers in a professional and courteous manner.
