About the role

We are looking for a responsible Support Expert to help customers with API, SDK, and webhook issues as well as try to reproduce possible bugs, escalate bugs to the engineering team, follow up on their resolution and help with meetings with the clients about support questions.

Key responsibilities

  • Reproduce tech issues

  • Help customers with API/Webhook/SDK issues

  • Escalate bugs to the engineering team

  • Follow up on the engineering team's resolution

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support, or related roles.

  • Must have experience with APIs, Webhooks, and/or Web development

  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English) is a must.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of React Native, Javascript, and Python is a plus

  • Experience at a startup company, SAAS, or fintech company

  • Portuguese is a plus
