JavaScript Job: Graphic Designer (f-m-x)

Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at Pimcore, you will …

• design and produce independently high-quality and on-demand design concepts, mock-ups and wireframes
• develop high-quality graphics and layouts for Pimcore’s brand representation across various channels by understanding target groups' needs while ensuring corporate design standards and definitions
• create comprehensive and expressive motion graphics and animations
• ensure that technological and visual design requirements are met for high-quality deliverables
• provide selective support for UI/UX team by designing small user interface components or UX flows
• assess and evaluate researched design standards & new trends
• interact closely with internal stakeholders such as Product & Partner Marketing, Product Management, Operations and external partners as a main contact person in regards to design-related projects and tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in visual communication, media design, product design, interface design or a comparable course of study or graduation of a HTL with a focus on design
• At least 3 years practical experience in graphic & layout design for different channels (online/offline)
• Practical experience of the following technologies and design software solutions: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge in wireframing/prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma
• Profound Knowledge of HTML, Javascript & CSS and their possibilities and limitations
• Solid knowledge of typography, theory of colors
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

For this position we differentiate Junior, Expert, and Senior maturity levels. For a full-time position with “Expert” seniority level we offer a starting salary of EUR 41,300 gross/year with the potential to earn more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
