Work Description

Supports and develops applications for internal customers globally. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, respond to inquiries via email, chat or calls, work with end-users to ensure that our applications meet their needs and implement new business requirements while also assisting with new projects and initiatives. The Operations Team is primarily responsible for management and administration of manufacturing applications focused on Plant Operation and Engineers activities (task management, reports, shift handover and logbook).

Specifics tasks & responsibilities
  • Work on user request prioritized backlog
  • Bug Fixes and design decisions
  • Dev Links – LogBookAPI
  • Deployment Setup for APIM templates
  • Test API
  • API Server Deploymen
  • Honeywell Webservices for MVP section
  • Deployment Setup for APIM templates
  • Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes, support development and unit/ user testing
  • Follow Change Management guidelines
  • Make recommendations to Management and Business Advisors regarding the best option to be implemented as appropriate.
  • Follow and understand Agile Methodologies (Kanban, Scrum,…).
  • Continuous improvement keeping the knowledge and training up-to-date.
