ideal candidate will have Elixir (language) with Phoenix (Framework).

If no Elixir experience then Java Script (Front end and back) along with NodeJS would be the easiest substitute.

Ruby/Rails is also doable , as well as Python Django.

However they will be doing Elixir Phoenix, so these above would be the easiest learning curves. And they must be open to learning it.

They will need to ulitimately re-write javascript code into Elixir.

Looking for 5+ years experience for everyone.

Companies that use Elixir now:

Netflix, Facebook, Pinterest, Whatsapp, Pepsi, Spotify, Netflix, Apple

These people need to be true full stack, front to back developers, API/Microservices backend experience.

They can sit anywhere, no issues, and wont even necessarily need to work PST, they can work normal hours for the most part since its really about cranking out code.

Must need to be able to understand business requirements and code based off of that.

Ecommerce is heavily preferred.

AWS/Cloud tools and services heavily preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Elixir (language) with Phoenix (Framework).: 5 years (Preferred)
• Java Script: 5 years (Preferred)
• AWS: 5 years (Preferred)
