We are looking for JavaScript SDET Engineer at Boston, MA.

Job Description/ Required Skills:

Needs an SDET in JS with at least 2 to 3 years
* Needs to have good experience in Automation Framework (F/W) building from scratch (Hybrid or Data Driven)
* Needs to have good experience in OOPS concepts in JavaScripts Objects and their inner workings
* Any JS automation tool experience - TypeScript, Mocha
* F/W implementation for at least 1 to 2 projects, JavaScript BDD (Cucumber)
* F/W Design experience - Cypress, Protractor

• Needs to be a JS Developer working as a tester for at least 2 to 3 years
• Needs to have good experience in Automation Framework (F/W) building from scratch (Hybrid or Data Driven)
• Needs to have good experience in OOPS concepts in JavaScripts Objects and their inner workings
• Any JS automation tool experience - TypeScript, Mocha
• F/W implementation for at least 1 to 2 projects, JavaScript BDD (Cucumber)
• F/W Design experience - Cypress, Protractor
• Strong API, Web automation testing skills with functional and automation
• Able to Analyze the requirements
• Good at interaction with Business Teams if any clarifications and work with offshore functional and automation leads to drive the testing
• Review Test Strategy/Test Plan/Test Cases
• Perform Sanity / Functional / Regression Testing and report the consolidated testing reports and release sign off reports
• Participation in Requirements grooming sessions, Scrum, business review calls, and release cut over calls.
• Awareness of Bug Life Cycle and report issues, prioritize and represent in release sign offs
• Proactive and Get things done attitude
• Good communication skills and should be able to handle the project independently
• Should be flexible and ready to support in ET
• Work on Automation sprint automation model
• Work on functional testing on need basis

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze the automation requirements and develop test plan or test approach, derive test estimations
• Develop automation scripts & execute them for the releases
• Develop/update the framework independently
• Develop Test strategy( Effort estimations, Test Plans)
• Work closely with application development team for the requirements gathering and resolve the challenges
• Own test cycles and own end to end testing
• Adhere to the QA standard process and ensure QA completes delivery within estimated timeline

Qualifications Certifications if any
Any certifications on Javascripts, Test automation - BDD (Cypress/Jasmine & Mocha) etc.,
