JavaScript Job Details

Remote contract position

We are looking for an experienced web dev to work with us on our various contracts. You must have your own hardware and be able to work remotely (telecommute). The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.

GiantByte Software is a small team of contractors. We are looking for someone who is self-sustaining and adaptable.

Required technologies:

  • Python, 2+ years
  • Django, 1+ years
  • React, 1+ years
  • Basic Javascript, CSS, HTML, SQL

Desired technologies:

  • Any Javascript framework (VueJS, KnockoutJS, AngularJS, etc.)
  • Bootstrap
  • JQuery
  • Linux

Bonus technologies:

  • Hardware (Raspberry Pi, etc.)
  • Phone web app experience (Cordova, etc.)

Required language:

  • English - must be fluent and able to communicate well over the phone

After an initial phone interview to assess how well you can carry a conversation (as this position May require the occasional conversation or email with a client), the next step would be a technical interview with the lead developer.

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Salary: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
