JavaScript Job: Programmer

Van Kam is currently hiring an iSeries RPG Programmer Analyst to be based out of the head office in Surrey. This position reports to the Lead Developer and IT Manager and is responsible for the following:

• 
  Designing/Programming fully integrated user interfaces
• Writing clear and easy to follow documentation and instruction manuals
• High personal coding and development standards

The successful candidate must:

• Have 3 to 5 years’ experience programming in the RPG language.
• Have relevant academic qualifications
• Be a good communicator to customers, business partners, and staff across all business segments
• Have desire to learn/implement new languages as required

Experience working with JavaScript and other web design tools is an asset but is not required. Knowledge and an understanding of the trucking industry would be beneficial.
