JavaScript Job: Computer Programmer-Analyst

Fernlea Flowers Ltd. is looking for an experienced Computer Programmer/Analyst to join our IT team for an exciting opportunity in our already established but rapidly growing company.

Computer Programmer Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support business related software and mobile apps
• Debugging and documentation of existing applications
• Hands on support and deployment of various devices such as Scanners, Printers, smartphones

Computer Programmer Qualifications/Skills:

• Track record of successful application development
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Proficient with Windows operating systems. Additional familiarity with Linux is an asset
• Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
• Proven experience with OOP languages (Java, C#)
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, .NET
• Direct experience with android application development

Education and experience Requirements:

• College diploma or University degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Three years of experience in software development

This is a remote position, however candidates should reside in Southern Ontario within a commutable distance to Delhi, Ontario for future infrequent team meetings.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $67,000.00-$74,000.00 per year
