We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will deliver Salesforce solutions using the Salesforce programmatic tool (Apex and Lightning Web Components, CSS and JavaScript, mostly) and declarative (Flow, Process Builder, etc), being able to coordinate releases of new functionalities with other Admin & Developer team members. The candidate will work following Agile methodologies and in a relation with the Salesforce architect and other team members, being able to propose and discuss with them the best approaches for delivering solutions.
The professional will focus on the standard and out of the box Salesforce solution capabilities, being able to propose custom solution when not possible. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining custom code provided by other vendors, proposing and executing changes to solve bugs or to enhance functionalities.

Key Activities and Responsibilities Include:

• Designing and develop Salesforce components using programmatic and declarative tool
• Use standard development tools like MS Visual Studio IDE and GIT
• Collaborate with other Salesforce team members following Agile methodologies and using JIRA
• Collaborate with the Functional team gathering requirements and discussing solutions
• Required Skills and Experience:
• Self-organized person with analytic capability
• Being able to work in autonomy and taking responsibility and ownership
• Experience in designing and developing Salesforce software components using declarative and programmatic tool
• Experience with Salesforce development technologies such as Apex/VF and de SFDX framework
• JavaScript proficiency and experience working with Lightning Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
• Experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall project methods
• English language verbal and written skills
  
  A plus:
• Demonstrable end to end implementation experience with the SFDC platform
• Experience with other development technologies such Java or Node.js
