JavaScript Job: Senior UX Designer

What you will do:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design concepts

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints to create intuitive user experiences

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and other forms of user feedback to inform design decisions

• Develop design guidelines and specifications that can be used across multiple products and platforms

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are consistent and meet branding and style guidelines

• Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing usage data and feedback and recommending changes

Must haves:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience designing software interfaces for web and/or mobile applications

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision

• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them in practice

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Portfolio of work that demonstrates your design skills and process

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an Agile development environment

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience designing enterprise software products

• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices

• German knowledge
