JavaScript Job: Front End Developer Intern

We are looking for a Front-End Developer Intern to join our team and assist with creation of some innovative app user interfaces, gaining invaluable experience along the way.

You will work in the technical team, creating a front end for a variety of our solutions using either JavaScript/ Typescript, or Python/Flask Apps/ Dash. One of these projects will include knowledge graphs and chatbots, so experience in either of these would be a big plus. The ideal candidate will be eager to engage with the emerging ecosystem around ChatGPT, such as LangChain and GPTIndex. This is an opportunity to apply and develop your front-end skills to create interesting and unique web apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js or Python Dash, and Flask.
• Engage with the ChatGPT ecosystem, and work with tools such as LangChain and GPTIndex.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree/ PhD in Computer Science or a related field, recently graduated, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript and familiarity with Python.
• Experience with React or Next.js, and Python libraries Dash and Flask.
• Understanding of the ChatGPT ecosystem and experience or interest in LangChain and GPTIndex.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
