The Opportunity

Kube has a great opportunity for a full-time, Business Process Manager in our Barcelona office.

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, gather and analyze data, and develop and implement process improvement initiatives.

Your goal will be to streamline processes, reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. This involves managing and analyzing data using Excel formulas, leveraging Zapier and other SaaS tools to automate processes.

Key things you will be doing:

  • Process Analysis and Design: Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new processes or modify existing ones to optimize operations.
  • Process building and optimization: You will get all the stakeholders aligned and on the same page and to efficiently implement and execute solutions (using no-code tools such as Airtable or Zapier, or implementing scripts using Python and Javascript). You will do that with the goal of helping the whole organization improve its performance indicators, save time, and reduce risks.
  • Process Implementation: Drive the implementation of new processes or process changes by creating detailed plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing guidance and training to ensure smooth execution.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes. Regularly monitor and report on process performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of process improvements by engaging and supporting employees through the transition, addressing concerns, and providing training and support as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, encouraging innovation, and seeking feedback from stakeholders to identify further opportunities for process optimization

Requirements ✔

  • Minimum level of excel. Such as: IF/VLOOKUP/PIVOT (this will be tested)
  • Experience working with large datasets and generating reports
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process analysis and design

Additional Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required

An advantage, but not essential

  • French/Spanish would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Programming/Coding would be an advantage, but not essentialExperience in change management and process adoption
  • Experience with non-coding automation tools such as Zapier

Only candidates having EU citizenship/work permit allowing you to work in the Spain would be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From 22,000.00€ per year
