Job Description:

• Zolon Tech is looking for a Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect with a design background for a sole source highly specialized role that requires a combination of technical expertise and creative design skills.
• Overall, a Senior AEM Architect with a design background is expected to bridge the gap between technical and design aspects, ensuring that AEM solutions are not only functional but also visually appealing and user-friendly.
• This role requires a unique blend of creative and technical skills to create compelling digital experiences.
• This individual is responsible for designing and implementing AEM solutions that meet both technical and design requirements.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or design.
• Significant experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and development, typically 5+ years.
• Strong design background with a portfolio showcasing design work and UX/UI expertise.
• Expertise & Proficiency in AEM, including experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms, and AEM Commerce.
• Thorough knowledge of AEM architecture and best practices for implementing AEM solutions.
• Experience with AEM templates, components, and workflows. Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher configuration for performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
• Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and Java-based development for AEM.
• Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
• Ability to design and architect AEM solutions that align with business goals and scalability requirements.
• Experience with integrating AEM with other Adobe products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.).
• Knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide and support junior team members.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize AEM solutions.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay up-to-date with AEM updates and trends.
• Experience managing AEM projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, and execution.
• Optional, but Adobe offers certifications for AEM that can demonstrate your expertise.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work, including AEM implementations and user interface designs.
