Piper Companies is seeking a Lead JavaScript Engineer to join an enterprise Property Management company located in Texas. This role is a 6 month Contract to Hire role and is 100% remote. Pay rate is $70.0 an hour.

Skills You Bring
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using React, NodeJS, NestJS(ExpressJS), Jest, Cypress, AWS & NX.
  • Development experience (currently hands-on) in ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, JSON, HTML, CSS
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding software engineers in an agile environment


Optional & Nice To Haves
  • Development experience with GraphQL & Nx (monorepo development) is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with coding and test automation of front-end SPAs, web components, SSR architectures
  • Experience with DevOps CI/CD practices, TDD, automated security and quality testing, modern test, and mock frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture (REST, GraphQL, NodeJS) is a plus
