Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Engage Routing Engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Genesys Engage, routing strategies, Cloud CX technologies, and JavaScript development.

This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement routing strategies using Genesys Engage.
• Integrate Genesys Engage solutions with Cloud CX environments to optimize contact center operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop custom scripts and applications using JavaScript to enhance platform capabilities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of Genesys Engage routing solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers on the team.
• Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, and implementation phases to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8 - 10 + years of experience in Genesys Engage, including designing and implementing routing solutions.
• Deep expertise in routing development and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud CX technologies and their integration with Genesys platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with custom script development.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and performance optimization of Genesys solutions.
• Familiarity with system integration using RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
