Mandatory Skills:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SharePoint platform and proficiency in using .NET framework and client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions that improve business processes and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Customize and extend SharePoint functionality by configuring web parts and building custom workflows.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and applications, ensuring they meet user needs and comply with coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor and analyze SharePoint server and application performance.
  • Create technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updates.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
  • Ensure the security of SharePoint systems by setting up and managing user permissions.
  • Work with other IT professionals, such as Database Administrators and Network Engineers, to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Keep up with SharePoint updates and new technologies, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the SharePoint platform and proficiency in using the .NET framework.
  • Experience with client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and SharePoint APIs and services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
