About the Role:

Our partner is seeking to hire a Software Engineer with 4+ years of React Native experience to join a dynamic consulting firm specializing in custom software development. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in client-facing environments, enjoy problem-solving, and have a polyglot mindset when it comes to technology. You ll work closely with clients, designing and developing scalable mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain React Native applications for diverse clients.
• Engage in client meetings, gathering requirements, and providing technical insights.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills in a customer-facing role.
• Apply best practices in mobile development, performance optimization, and code quality.
• Adapt to new technologies and frameworks as needed, embracing a polyglot engineering approach.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on React Native development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working in a consulting, client-facing, or customer-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with full stack development in Ruby or Golang
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
